I've been back now from Mexico now for 1 month and am adapting to all of the changes here in Nanaimo.. With the HST it seems as though things have slowed in the real estate world.. Managers are sending out how to keep your head above water notices and realtors are losing there motivation.. I on the other hand am not.. I have decided to stay away from the negativity and keep moving.. After all I'm only here until November when I return to my home in Manzanillo Mexico for the winter and to sell Real Estate to North Americans who seem to not be affected by the economy...

Real Estate being slow is a cycle.. Truthfully the interest rates are still fantastic and now is the best time to buy.. Especially when there is an overall panic in the market place.. You can get a great deal on the buying end and maximize the current fixed rates..

Rates to buy in Mexico are 9% so a variable of prime -6 seems pretty good to me.. Sign on the many different reports I offer on how to get the best for less, or how to avoid those buyer traps.... Become a VIP buyer on my site and get the best deals emailed to you before anyone else..
